The CPA is not tied to any particular trade, therefore their Protection Schemes are genuinely independent and can apply to a wide range of home improvements.

Protection is only offered by CPA members. Companies like us, that have satisfied the Consumer Protection Association that we are thoroughly professional in our chosen industry.

At Coalville Glass, we offer our customers this valuable protection, often free (dependent on the work we are undertaking) or for a small fee. This provides a completely independent insurance protecting initial deposits, and subsequent guarantees for up to 10 years, should (in the unlikely event) we cease trading.
